Back in 2017, Pagani unveiled the Zonda HP Barchetta , one of the countless special editions of the Italian hypercar that was supposed to be the last. In 2019, the automaker revealed they won’t be making any new Zondas , only new variants based on existing chassis. Fast forward to 2022, and LMM Design has teased a new Zonda on Instagram, which will allegedly be the “fifth and final entry into Pagani’s insane 760 Series”. According to LMM Design, the model will be a “brand new” Zonda created in collaboration with the Pagani factory, and the first Zonda specification fully designed by the firm. While the term brand new is pretty much self-explanatory, we can’t help but wonder if an existing Zonda served as a base for this project. The company will reveal the full specifications of the hypercar “soon”. Until then, we only have a set of teaser photos showing the production process. Although car thefts have been declining for the last 30 years, the rate has risen slightly over the past five years. Research from insurance agency Uswitch reveals which states saw the most and the fewest stolen vehicles in 2020. The agency’s study reveals that last year there were 246 stolen vehicles across America per 100,000 inhabitants. Compared to 1990, that’s actually pretty good. The rate of thefts for that year was at 657.8 per 100,000 inhabitants, meaning it has fallen significantly over the last 30 years. However, between 2015 and 2020, the rate rose a little over 10 percent. However, car theft rates vary widely from one state to the next. Toyota Europe has just announced the Hilux GR Sport, the new flagship variant of the pickup inspired by its  Dakar Rally counterpart , featuring design and suspension upgrades. Notably, the EU-spec Hilux GR Sport is different from the JDM-spec model bearing the same name, and from the Hilux Revo GR Sport unveiled last year in Thailand. Starting with the exterior, the Hilux GR Sport is visually distinguished by a redesigned front bumper featuring a huge honeycomb grille with Toyota lettering, a G-pattern mesh, and a glossy black surround. The front end also benefits from taller decorative intakes incorporating the fog lights, plus a body-colored skid plate. Other than that, the flagship trim gets the LED headlights from the higher trims of the facelifted Hilux that was unveiled in 2020. The M3 Touring is poised to be one of the German automaker’s most exciting new model launches in 2022 and to ring in the New Year, BMW has released a new teaser video of the car. The clip was filmed in snowy conditions somewhere in Europe and shows the M3 Touring powersliding around turns and putting all of its power to good use while being filmed by a helicopter. It ultimately spells out ‘2022’ in the snow. BMW enthusiasts have been clamoring for an M3 Touring for many years and, finally, the Bavarian automaker will offer customers a new alternative to the Audi RS4 Avant and Mercedes-AMG C 63 S Estate. Following the kind of tease routine that would put a Vegas stripper to shame, Mercedes will today finally unwrap its mile-munching Vision EQXX concept . The German automaker set itself a target of creating the most efficient Benz yet , an EV capable of traveling 1000 km (621 miles) on a single charge, but rather than simply whack in a huge battery pack, which would add weight and cost, Mercedes is relying on a different, more intelligent strategy. You can find out more about that strategy by tuning into the livestream event at 12.00 EST (18.00 CET) today, but from the glimpses we’ve seen so far we know it will feature an adjustable rear diffuser and won’t feature conventional door mirrors.
